TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that we do not provide refunds for the following reasons:
- change of mind
- plant dying whilst in your care
- minor blemishes
- delays/damages caused during postage.
If a refund was agreed upon, we require the plant to be sent back to us.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
Plants will be sent bare-rooted wrapped with sphagnum moss then taped securely to the box with stuffing materials to prevent movement and to provide cushion to the plants. All orders with plants will be sent via Australia Post - Express Shipping with a flat rate of $15.00.
Express post: 1 day or 2-3 days depending how rural your area is.
Standard Post: 3 - 7 days - depending how rural your area is.
Plants will be sent on Mondays and Tuesdays only, all other orders are posted Monday - Wednesday.
If your order happens to be a combination of Plants and Non-Plant Items, shipping will be calculated as $15 (express shipping for plants) PLUS calculated weight for your non-plant items.
Due to restrictions, unfortunately we cannot send directly to quarantine states. You must organise your own concierge service and let us know where to send by adding notes on the checkout page.
We will not take responsibility if in the instance you've put through an order and we've sent it out without us noticing that your state is a quarantine state.
